This is the start of my rock collection. Yeah, it's weird, whatever. I like it.
Papaya - this fruit, which is bigger than the biggest Canadian papaya, is considered "small" here in Peru.Below: Guiso de Espinaca - a delicious blend of potatoes, beef, rice, spinach, and carrots.
These are the start of the Tacna/Peru independence day celebrations, on the 26th of August.
A delicious bean dish.
